TMF Health Quality Institute supports the implementation of new quality improvement projects, the testing and spread of new care and payment delivery models and other large-scale, quality initiatives by managing and coordinating provider learning communities and improvement networks. Through our expert learning and dissemination activities and innovation, TMF has supported initiatives such as CMS’ Comprehensive Primary Care Classic, for which we provided and managed a National Learning Network and facilitated multi-stakeholder engagement that supported over 500 physician practices nationwide.
