Christina Brown, MA, NLC, EMT, CPHQ, LSSBB

Photo of Christina Brown, MA, NLC, EMT, CPHQ, LSSBBChristina is an ambitious health care leader with more than 13 years of clinical and process improvement experience throughout federal, state and military health care settings with a focus on education and innovation. She has experience as a practice facilitator and leader of practice facilitators supporting dozens of primary care practices in Colorado. Christina’s experience extends to helping Colorado behavioral health and primary care build referral networks and integrate care. Additionally she partnered with primary care providers to implement bidirectional communication through the Health Information Exchange (HIE).

Elisha Jewett, MPH, CPHQ

Photo of Elisha Jewett, MPH, CPHQElisha is a skilled practice transformation leader and facilitator with 12+ years of health care and process improvement experience. Elisha has vast experience working with Colorado health care systems and practices to achieve measurable outcomes. She graduated with a Master of Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

Andrea Kaluza, MSN, BSN, RN, NEA-BC

Photo of Andrea Kaluza, MSN, BSN, RN, NEA-BCAndrea is an outgoing health care leader with more than 25 years of experience in education, leadership, primary care, emergency medicine, performance improvement, and project management. She served as the Chief of Quality and Chief of Ambulatory Care Nursing at the Grand Junction Veterans Affairs. Andrea’s primary experience has been focused throughout federal and military health care organizations. Andrea has a Master’s degree in nursing and she is also a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Kari Loken, CPHQ

Photo of Kari Loken, CPHQKari has more than 15 years of experience in practice transformation, quality improvement and change management as a practice facilitator, trainer and leader. She has worked with a broad spectrum of Colorado practices, including systems, private practices, micro-practices, accountable care organizations and an independent physician association on improving clinical quality, patient experience and utilization outcomes.
