Governance & Mission


TMF’s board of trustees provides corporate oversight and direction. The board is comprised of 18 members—eight physicians elected from the TMF membership, two Medicare beneficiaries, seven business or health care professionals and one immediate past chair. Between quarterly board meetings, operations are overseen by an Executive Committee elected from the board.  TMF’s day-to-day operations are managed by its president and chief executive officer and senior management team, under direction of the board.
