TMF Health Quality Institute Names Robert Vallilee to Board of Directors

Austin, TX – March 6, 2007 – TMF Health Quality Institute, a leading nonprofit health care consulting company, has named Robert R. Vallilee to its board of directors. With a wealth of experience in management, sales and marketing, Mr. Vallilee brings fresh eyes and unique experience to this role.

Mr. Vallilee’s experience spans various size companies. Beginning his career with Eastman Kodak, Mr. Vallilee was recognized as one of the leading technical sales representatives for the company during his ten-year career there. Serving as president of Wallace Imaging Company from 1978-1995, Mr. Vallilee grew the company from a small business to one with a profitable, multi-million dollar revenue base. He was a founder and executive for two start-ups, Lithoprint and Lithoimage from 1995-2000. As the sales and marketing director for the LPGA’s Philips Invitational from 2002-2004, he grew event sponsorships by securing the support and participation of several large national companies.

Most recently, Mr. Vallilee has been serving as associate director for Stewardship and Development for the Diocese of Austin.

Mr. Vallilee has a tradition of contributions and participation in associations and non-profit organizations. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Austin chapter of the National Committee on Planned Giving. He has been a volunteer executive director for Believe in Me and has served on the board of directors for many associations including Zachary Scott Theatre, Total Quality Management Consortium for the University of Texas, and the Printing Industries of America among others.

Mr. Vallilee graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and is a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Vallilee lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife of 41 years, Marianne. They have two grown children and one new grandchild.
