Austin, TX – July 22, 2008 – Four new members were elected to the board of trustees of TMF Health Quality Institute, a leading nonprofit health care consulting company, during an annual membership meeting on Saturday, July 12.
Patrick H. Coffey of Dripping Springs, David Conejo of Bonham, Harrison M. (Pat) Markley Jr. of Austin and Walter Tomlinson of Houston were elected to three-year terms on the board.
“We welcome these new members to the board and are excited about the contributions they will make,” said Tom Manley, CEO of TMF Health Quality Institute. “We are grateful to all of our board members for taking time from their busy schedules to help us reach our goal of improving the quality of health care for all.”
Elections were also held for the Executive Committee. Elected were C. Bruce Malone, MD, president; Maya Bledsoe, MD, vice president; C. Lawrence Steiger, secretary/treasurer; David Garza, DO, officer-at-large; and Tim Von Dohlen, JD.
